Calibrate your monitor No two computer monitors are the same. Neither are any two computer users. Which means that everyone who views a graphical image on a computer sees it at least a little (and possibly a lot) differently from everyone else - including the creator of the image. This simple calibation process will increase the odds that your monitor is at least "in the ballpark."
 
A "zone" system for dummies! With apologies to Ansel Adams... anyone can learn this "zone" system in under 30 seconds. But, for most folks, it will dramatically improve your photography.
